As the conflict in West Asia intensifies, it has triggered serious concerns for Indian intelligence agencies, which have flagged a disturbing rise in online radicalization among credulous youth. According to a report submitted by intelligence agencies to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), there has been a noticeable surge in the consumption of inflammatory content, some of which frames Israeli responses to attacks on its sovereignty as acts of “genocide” against Muslims. This narrative, amplified online, is designed to incite unrest and heighten sectarian tensions within India.
